Bernsteinfelsen

Bernsteinfelsen is a unique viewpoint located in the Northern Black Forest, offering breathtaking panoramas of the Murg Valley and distant mountain ranges, including the Vosges Mountains.

At the summit of 693.5 meters above sea level is a distinctive 6-meter-high sandstone rock with a flat top of 25 m². The site is adorned with a historic stone cross from 1877 and a semicircular toposcope installed in 1995, which provides information on the directions and distances of visible locations.

A variety of hiking trails of varying difficulty lead to the point, making it accessible to both experienced hikers and families with children.
