avatarAntanas Gudynas (Meduolis O`Tea)3 weeks agoIts an okay ferrata. Probably not the most interesting one in the area but its okay. Good ladders everywhere. Nice place to take a break. Though it is exposed and for the first time it might be a bit tough if you are afraid of heights. Bridge at the end is okay. But its very long and the sight it opens is mediocre at best compared that you can hike around and get a better sight. Looks way more impressive from the pictures that for what it is. The route is well marked except the final exit after the bridge. I also did like funny name plates along the way.
avatarAgnese Vajevskaa year agoThis is a great, short and exciting Ferrata! Our 12 and 14-year-old girls did it with us and were delighted. Some steep climbs here and there, may be an exposed corner at times, but nothing felt very difficult. And the bridge is a total reward at the end! We had a great family day out. We took La Flegre cablecar up, then approx. 30 min walk to ferrata. The Ferrata itself, I would say, took us an hour, but you want to hang around the bridge and watch the different emotions of people approaching the bridge :) Some poop their pants; some take to the extreme of hanging on the rope with one hand. Anyhow - it's a super nice one! Then, another 30 minutes down to the lift. And to mention the view of Mont Blanc!
avatarhumi dake2 years agoThis is a typical approach and via route. I really enjoyed the 2hr walk up though at the top of the cablecar the signs to the via are not readily apparent. You can go directly to the via without getting to the cablecar drop point. The via is marked by the end, the long wired crossing. You can opt out but if you don't , you will find it hard to find the route back to the cable terminal. One could even be stranded in the labyrinth of boulders. The finale crossing was worth the hike but as I crossed I spotted two wires supporting the foot wire are broken. This adds sway to the crossing which is not threatening but dangerous. I'm not sure how to report this.
