Col de la Glière

Col de la Glière is a scenic pass located at 2474 meters above sea level in the Chamonix Valley.

It is an excellent destination for experienced hikers, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks of the Aiguille Verte, Aiguille du Chardonnet, Aiguille Argentière and Aiguille du Tour.

The trail leads past the mysterious Lacs Noir - lakes with black, mirrored surfaces. The trail begins in Plan Praz and is part of a larger network of trails in the valley, allowing connections to other attractive points in the region.
