Description
Seoul National Park in Tashkent is a 17.5-hectare Korean-style garden, opened in 2014 as a gift from South Korea to Uzbekistan. Traditional wooden gates, a pavilion with red columns and a Peace Bell, a picturesque pond with fish and ducks, and walking paths create a meditative atmosphere. The park commemorates the history of the deportation of Koreans in 1937. You will find soccer fields, playgrounds, a library, and a summer cinema, as well as jogging and cycling paths.
