Doston House is an authentic Uzbek restaurant in a 19th-century building in the heart of old Bukhara, where traditional cuisine meets historical atmosphere.
The interiors are decorated with elaborate plaster carvings and painted walls, creating the atmosphere of a real Uzbek home. The specialties are dishes cooked over an open fire - Bukhara plov, manti, kebabs, shourpa, and dolma, often served as a set menu with dessert and tea.
