Mural Project

Mural Project is an extraordinary art installation that transforms the metal fences around the Two World Trade Center construction site into a colorful canvas full of creativity. The project includes more than 21,500 square feet of murals created by renowned street art artists.

The impressive murals, inspired by pop art, depict a wide range of subjects - from wide-eyed Joohee Park girls (Stickymonger) to superheroes, video games and floral motifs by the Boogierez duo. The whole creates a vivid contrast to the seriousness of the adjacent 9/11 Memorial, bringing an element of hope and positive energy to this historic site.
