YELLOW Union Market is Chef Michael Rafidi's flagship café, combining Levantine flavors with French pastry artistry. The menu features signature croissants with za'atar and labneh, baklava kouign amanns, and wood-fired pita sandwiches.
In the evenings, the space transforms into a kebab paradise with a menu inspired by the chef's grandfather's restaurants from the 1960s. Pomegranate barbecued lamb kefta and harissa chicken wings are served with whipped tahini and sumac onions.
