Description
Pickwick Theatre is an iconic Art Deco style movie theater built in 1928. This architectural gem impresses with its 100-foot tower and distinctive neon sign, which have become a symbol of Park Ridge.
The main theater, reminiscent of an Aztec or Mayan temple, can accommodate nearly 1,000 spectators. In 1975, the facility was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
In addition to movie screenings, the theater hosts a variety of cultural events and live performances. Additional smaller theaters, including an intimate 39-seat auditorium on the second floor, offer an intimate movie experience.
