Ayder Plateau

The Ayder Plateau is a picturesque paradise located at an altitude of 1,350 meters in northeastern Turkey. It is famous for its lush meadows, dense spruce and beech forests and spectacular waterfalls, including Gelin Tülü (Bride's Veil).

This place is often called the 'honey forest' because of its famous local honey. It offers thermal mineral springs with medicinal properties and traditional wooden houses harmoniously integrated into the landscape.

Adventure lovers will appreciate trekking trails in the Kaçkar Mountains, zip-lining over valleys and rafting in the nearby Fırtına Valley.
