Trekking on Koh Phangan is an unforgettable adventure for outdoor enthusiasts. The island offers a variety of trails of varying levels of difficulty, leading through lush jungle, scenic waterfalls and hidden beaches.

The island's highest peak, Khao Ra (630m), provides panoramic views of the coast and surrounding islands. The hike to the top takes about 3-4 hours. Phaeng Waterfalls in Namtok Phaeng Forest Park is worth a visit, especially during the monsoon season (July-September) when water levels are higher.

Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, water and sunscreen. Some trails may be steep and uneven, but the satisfaction of discovering the island's hidden treasures is well worth it!
