Sendero Natural Por La Rivera del Río Jimenoa is a scenic hiking trail in Jarabacoa, leading to the spectacular 75-meter Salto de Jimenoa Uno waterfall.

The trail winds through lush forests, offering a refreshing, temperate climate that contrasts with the island's typically hot weather. The waterfall, which gained international fame after appearing in the opening scenes of the movie 'Jurassic Park,' impresses with the dramatic sight of water falling from a vertical rock straight into a natural pool.

The hike takes about 30 minutes one way, and along the way there are benches and information boards about the local geology, fauna and flora.
