Massy's Estate Forest

Massy's Estate Forest is a picturesque forest with a fascinating history, located at the foot of the Dublin Mountains.

This charming area was once part of a magnificent estate with a 36-room house, owned by the Massy family. Today you can admire the remains of the garden walls, bridges and former sawmill, discovering traces of the past.

The forest delights with a variety of European, American and Asian trees, as well as rich fauna - you will encounter sika deer, badgers, red squirrels and foxes. For activity enthusiasts, there are three permanent orienteering trails of varying levels of difficulty.
