Lagoa das 25 Fontes is a magical place in Madeira where nature has created a spectacular water show.

This scenic trail leads through the Laurel Forest (a UNESCO site) to a stunning lagoon fed by 25 springs that form a wall of waterfalls.

During the 4-hour, moderately difficult hike, you can admire Madeira's unique flora and fauna, including endemic bird species. An additional attraction is the impressive Risco waterfall accessible via a short branch of the trail.
