Hiking Trail Pico de la Zarza

The Pico de la Zarza hiking trail is a unique adventure leading to Fuerteventura's highest peak (807 meters above sea level).

The approximately 13-14 km route offers breathtaking panoramic views of the island's coastline and beautiful Cofete beach. A hike through the Jandía Natural Park allows you to discover endemic plant species, including Canarian daisies.

The moderately difficult trail is accessible to people of all fitness levels, but it is advisable to bring water, snacks and suitable footwear. The best time to hike is in the morning, when the sky is cloudless.
