Description
The Podgórna Waterfall is a picturesque natural wonder located in the heart of the Giant Mountains at 547 meters above sea level.
This 10-meter waterfall, consisting of three cascades, is the third highest waterfall in the Polish part of the Karkonosze Mountains. Surrounded by 15-meter granite cliffs, it creates a breathtaking landscape.
The area is part of the buffer zone of the Karkonosze National Park and is protected by Natura 2000. A short 35-minute trail from Przesieka leads to this natural treasure, where you can have a picnic and enjoy the sound of falling water. In winter, this place even attracts cold bathing enthusiasts!
