Piazza del Comune

Piazza del Comune is a medieval square in the heart of Assisi, considered by some to be the former Roman forum. This historic square is surrounded by the city's most important buildings, including the 1st century BC Temple of Minerva. - one of the best-preserved Roman monuments in Italy.
