Khao Kheow Open Zoo

Khao Kheow Open Zoo is a vast natural complex covering more than 2,000 acres in Chonburi Province.

It's home to more than 8,000 animals representing 300 species, including rare ones like leopards, Asian wild dogs and tigers. Open enclosures allow visitors to observe the animals in their natural habitat.

The biggest attractions are the Elk Garden, the Savannah Zone with the opportunity to feed the giraffes, the Giant Birdhouse and the Pink Zone with kangaroos and tigers. Don't miss the elephant show and penguin parade, as well as the zoo's adorable star, the baby dwarf hippo 'Moo Deng.
