Teign Valley Classic Circuit is a scenic hiking trail in the heart of Dartmoor National Park. This 6.5km route offers unforgettable views of the Teign Valley and access to fascinating historical landmarks.
During the hike, you'll see the last castle built in England - Castle Drogo, the 13th-century Fingle Bridge and the stunning iron bridges overlooking the scenic Drogo Weir Dam.
The trail also passes through Whiddon Deer Park, home to a herd of fallow deer since 1560. The moderately challenging trail takes about 2.5 hours to complete and is ideal for nature and history lovers.
