Description
Tamadaba Natural Park is a true paradise for nature and adventure lovers in Gran Canaria.
This rocky massif of 7,500 hectares offers some of the best-preserved natural pine forests on the island, with an endemic species of fire-resistant Canary Island pine.
The park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, impresses with its variety of hiking trails, more than 400 climbing routes and spectacular viewpoints, such as the Mirador del Balcon with its breathtaking views of the Atlantic.
It's also a birdwatcher's paradise, where you can spot the endangered blue finch.
