Description
Stadshuset is Stockholm's impressive City Hall, a masterpiece of National-Romantic style architecture.
Built of eight million red bricks, it combines elements of Renaissance and Venetian Gothic. Its 106-meter tower with the Three Crowns symbol offers a spectacular view of the city.
Inside is the famous Golden Hall lined with 19 million gold flakes, where the Nobel Prize banquet is held, and the Blue Hall with its majestic marble staircase. It is not only a symbol of Stockholm, but also a place full of history and artistic beauty.
