Sendero de Montaña Blanca

Sendero de Montaña Blanca is a unique mountain trail in Tenerife, leading through a fascinating volcanic landscape.

The trail, about 8.3 kilometers long, is characterized by steep slopes (gradients of up to 60%) and climbs to an altitude of 3,400 meters above sea level, offering incredible panoramas of the reddish-brown rocky desert with the majestic peak of Teide towering above.

The trail is marked as very difficult, intended for experienced hikers. Along the way, visitors can admire young black lava flows that have not yet been colonized by vegetation, and rare specimens of the park's flora, including Teide daisies and violets.
