Sarver Winery

Sarver Winery is a boutique winery in the South Willamette Valley, producing 3,000–4,000 cases annually from the historic Elhanan Vineyard, established in 1984.

The vineyard spans 35 acres on hills reaching up to 700 feet in elevation, where Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling, and other varieties are grown. Tastings take place in a spacious tasting room with panoramic views of the valley.

Guests can enjoy wine flights, wood-fired pizza, and cheese boards with salami and fresh baguette. Live concerts and food trucks are held on Fridays during the summer.
