Description
Waikiki Marine Life Conservation District is a protected marine area that delights with an abundance of underwater life. This 76-acre site is famous for its unique marine ecosystem, where a flat reef with coral algae and live corals provides a home for a variety of fish species.
Visitors can admire sea creatures in their natural habitat, and visit the Waikiki Aquarium located within the district, which houses more than 3,500 marine animals representing 490 species.
Interactive touch pools allow direct contact with starfish, sea cucumbers and clown fish, making this a fascinating place for lovers of the underwater world.
