Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts

Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts is a historic Detroit theater that has been a delight since 1928. The Spanish Renaissance-style building conceals richly decorated interiors with original features such as wood panels and iron details with the Wilson Theatre logo.

It's a venue with a rich history of inclusivity, where diverse audiences and artists have always been welcomed. The planned expansion, which will be completed in 2026, will increase capacity by 1,900 seats and add a modern concert hall and an intimate recital hall.

The 5th floor features an archival exhibition showcasing nine decades of performances and cultural events.
