john beran2 weeks agoNice theater, good screens, great sound, with amazingly comfortable seats. Very reasonable pricing. I recommend this Movie Theater over the others in the area. Big parking lot and easy to get from your car into the theater. Plus its safe!
Debra Waltersa month agoI went on a Friday night. It's self serve to get your tickets, order your food and get your drink and there were about 15 staff standing around with nothing to do. And if you want a beer we were quoted $22 so be aware. The outside is very run down as well. Certainly better cinemas around.
Eva Barry- Lovea month agoThis was my third time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I ordered a kid's chicken tender combo, popcorn, and a milkshake. The popcorn was given right away, but then we were left waiting for the rest of the order.
I went to the counter to ask the manager about the delay, and she claimed the order had already been sent out. When I explained that I wouldn't be asking if I had already received it, she went to ask other employees who said they hadn’t sent it out. It felt like she was accusing me of lying. There was no real effort to resolve the issue or compensate for the inconvenience. She just replaced the order, but I still had to wait another 15 minutes.
To top it off, the bathroom was in awful condition. The floor was littered with used tissues, and water was all over the counters. It was really unpleasant and definitely needs more attention. Shall I also mention that the seats that me and my son were sitting in didn't recline, they were broke.
I’ve had better experiences here before, but I’m not sure if I’ll be back after this trip. Poor service and unclean facilities really make me question whether they care about the customer experience.Related categories
