Judo and Ju Jitsu Sections - AZS Lodz is a professional sports club offering martial arts training for people of all ages.

Classes are conducted by experienced coaches with high training degrees in judo and numerous sports successes. Trainings are held in a specially prepared room equipped with a mat (tatami) and specialized equipment.

The club also offers programs for people with disabilities, including physical education classes for people with health problems. Judo and ju jitsu training develops speed, agility and teaches how to take advantage of an opponent's moment - a comprehensive form of physical education and martial arts.
