Description
Spiegelslustturm is a majestic observation tower in Marburg, offering breathtaking panoramas of the city and the Lahn Valley.
Built between 1887 and 1890 to commemorate the establishment of the German Empire, it rises 36 meters and conceals 167 stairs leading to the top.
A unique feature is the 'Siebensiebenzwölfnullsieben' light installation depicting a heart that can be lit up by phone, with proceeds going to charity.
Next to the tower is a cafe with a summer terrace - the perfect place to relax after a climb.
