Mirador de La Peña

Mirador de La Peña is a unique combination of a viewpoint and restaurant on the island of El Hierro, designed by the famous César Manrique. Blending into the volcanic landscape, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the coast and the Golfo valley from a height of 700 meters.

The restaurant serves authentic dishes from El Hierro, including queso ahumado con miel (smoked cheese with honey) and papas arrugadas (wrinkled potatoes). Manrique's architecture makes the building almost disappear into the landscape, creating a harmonious whole with nature.
