Antigua Casa de Guardia

Antigua Casa de Guardia is the oldest wine bar in Málaga, operating continuously since 1840. It is an authentic journey back in time to 19th-century Andalusia, where wines are served directly from oak barrels by bartenders in white aprons.

The bar has preserved its unique traditions - the bill is written in chalk directly on the bar, and guests stand at the long counter, enjoying the sweet wines of Málaga: Pedro Ximénez, Moscatel, or the characteristic pajarete. The lack of seats, music, and modern lighting creates a unique old-world atmosphere.
