Town Hall

The Town Hall in Kranj is a Renaissance gem from the 16th and 17th centuries, which houses a branch of the Gorenjska Museum. Under the glass floor in the lobby, you can see authentic Old Slavic graves from the 9th-10th centuries, discovered during renovation.

The interiors feature over 50 sculptures by local artist Lojze Dolinar, an exhibition of Gorenjska folk art with painted furniture and costumes, and an archaeological exhibition. The Renaissance Hall from 1638 impresses with its wooden ceiling and inlaid portals.
