Linhart Hotel is a unique Michelin-starred restaurant tucked away in a 16th-century townhouse in the heart of Radovljica's old town. Chef Uroš Štefelin creates modern Slovenian cuisine using only local, organic products from nearby farmers and artisans.
The restaurant has been awarded not only a Michelin star, but also the prestigious Green Star for sustainable development. The menu explores forgotten regional flavors and traditional Gorenjska dishes.
