Skansen Wsi Pogórzańskiej im. prof. R. Reinfussa

The Prof. R. Reinfuss Foothills Village Open-Air Museum is a fascinating fragment of the history of the Gorlice Foothills enclosed in wooden huts and craft workshops.

More than 16 historic buildings from the 19th and early 20th centuries allow you to move back in time and experience the authentic life of a former village. Interiors equipped with original furniture, dishes and tools reflect the spirit of bygone eras.

There is also a Renaissance castle from the 16th century and a wooden burgher's mansion nearby. During cultural events you can enjoy demonstrations of traditional crafts: blacksmithing, weaving and pottery.
