St James Power Station

St James Power Station is Singapore's first power station, built in 1926 to power the nearby harbor and surrounding areas. Designated a National Monument in 2009, this historic landmark combines a fascinating past with a modern purpose.

After the power plant closed in the 1970s, the building served various functions and now houses Dyson's headquarters and a gallery dedicated to Singapore's port and industrial history.
