Wahat Al Karama

Wahat Al Karama is a unique monument commemorating the heroes of the United Arab Emirates.

The impressive installation consists of 31 massive aluminum plaques that lean against each other, symbolizing unity and solidarity between the leaders and citizens of the UAE. The plaques are decorated with quotes and poetry from the country's founders.

The grounds feature a Memorial Plaza with an amphitheater-like seating arrangement and a shallow pool that creates stunning reflections of the monument and the nearby Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The Pavilion of Honor features the names of UAE heroes engraved on metal panels.
