Sengbachtalsperre is a historic dam in Solingen, built between 1900 and 1903 as one of the first in Germany to use concrete in construction.
Surrounded by dense forests and meadows, it offers a scenic 11-kilometer walking loop, ideal for nature and history lovers. The route takes you through diverse landscapes, where you can enjoy the rich flora and fauna, including deer, foxes and numerous bird species.
