Description
Shelter Pod Łabskim Szczytem is one of the oldest tourist facilities in the Giant Mountains, located at an altitude of 1168 meters above sea level.
The historic building, originally erected in 1618-1648 as a shelter for shepherds and hikers, offers a unique atmosphere and breathtaking views of Szklarska Poreba, the Jeleniogórska Basin and the Jizera Mountains.
After a fire in 1914, the hostel was rebuilt and expanded, combining historic architecture with modern amenities. It provides an ideal resting point for mountain hiking, surrounded by the picturesque landscapes of the Snowy Kells and Szklarka Creek.
