Description
The Shrine of Our Lady Escape of Sinners is a unique pilgrimage site with a rich history dating back to the 13th century.
The late Baroque church houses a 120-centimeter wooden statue of Our Lady, according to legend made from a linden tree, where Mary appeared to a poor shepherdess.
The site is famous for spiritual graces of life transformation and liberation from addictions. The main feast falls on July 2, when one can obtain a plenary indulgence granted by Pope Pius VI.
It is not only an architectural monument, but above all an oasis of peace and spiritual renewal in a picturesque corner of Greater Poland.
