Ruby is a unique cocktail bar hidden in a historic 1740 building in the heart of Copenhagen.

It is housed in a former book printing house, a private bank and part of the Ministry of Culture, which gives it a unique character.

The interior impresses with Scandinavian design, vintage leather sofas and Victorian decorations. The seasonal menu offers both classic and innovative cocktails, including the specialty Ruby Daiquiri with homemade rhubarb marmalade.
