Rosgarten Museum Konstanz

Rosgarten Museum Konstanz is a fascinating place housed in a medieval butchers' guild building dating back to 1454.

The museum has an impressive collection of some 50,000 artifacts, ranging from archaeological finds from the Neolithic to medieval altar paintings, religious sculptures and everyday objects from the 19th and 20th centuries.

A unique permanent exhibition presents the rich history of Constance and the Lake Constance region, including exhibits related to the Council of Constance and the city's medieval past.
