Description

The Krzemianka Nature Reserve is a unique natural gem located in the Knyszyn Forest. It covers about 230 hectares and is famous for its prehistoric flint mine discovered in 1991, where more than 300 mines and quarries operated 3000 years ago.

Wandering along well-maintained paths and footbridges, one can admire the rich biodiversity - ash and alder forests and rare plant species. A special attraction is an elevated viewing platform offering breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding landscape.

The site is an ideal destination for both nature lovers and those interested in the region's history.
