Restaurant Taste AS is an intimate restaurant in the heart of Tromsø, offering a unique dining experience in a cozy atmosphere.

With just 18 tables and seating for about 40 guests, it provides an intimate environment for enjoying a meal.

The seasonal menu is based on local ingredients - fresh seafood from Arctic waters, wild game and vegetables from the North Norwegian soil. The cuisine combines traditional techniques like smoking, salting and fermenting with modern culinary methods.

Specialties such as scallops with Jerusalem artichoke and dill or smoked reindeer tartare with lingonberries and pickled onions will delight even the most discerning gourmets.
