Holy Ascension Orthodox Church, Ko Samui

Holy Ascension Orthodox Church, Ko Samui is a unique religious monument on the Thai island. Consecrated in 2013, on Ascension Day, it serves as a spiritual center for Orthodox Christians of various nationalities.

The church was designed on the initiative of Archimandrite Oleg, a representative of the Russian Orthodox Church, who visited Koh Samui in 1999.

It is not only a place of prayer, but also a tourist attraction, allowing visitors to experience Orthodox traditions and architecture in an exotic setting. The Orthodox Church offers a unique cultural experience among other attractions on the island.
