Description
Blaize Bailey Viewpoint is a unique vantage point on the eastern edge of the Forest of Dean. Built from stone from the disused railroad bridge at Fetter Hill, it offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the surrounding countryside.
On a clear day you can see Newnham-on-Severn, the Cotswold hills on the opposite side of the River Severn, and even Gloucester Cathedral to the north.
The surrounding area abounds with woodland paths leading in all directions, including trails to Soudley Ponds and along the ridge, perfect for a relaxing walk surrounded by nature.
