Reserva Natural Cueva del Indio

Reserva Natural Cueva del Indio is a coastal nature reserve famous for having the largest concentration of pre-Columbian Taino petroglyphs on the coast of Puerto Rico. Ancient symbols and rituals carved into the rock several hundred years before Columbus' arrival create a mystical atmosphere in this place.

A picturesque trail leads through seven natural rock arches and sea caves with views of the turquoise ocean - scenery familiar from 'Pirates of the Caribbean'. Inside the cave is a natural seawater pool where the brave can take a dip.
