Precipice Walk (Llwybr Cynwch)

Precipice Walk (Llwybr Cynwch) is a scenic 5-kilometer trail in Snowdonia National Park, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Mawddach estuary and surrounding mountains, including Cader Idris.

The route passes through the historic Nannau estate, dating back to the 12th century, and past Cymer Abbey, founded in 1198. The path winds through forests, meadows and along a stone wall planted with old oak trees.

The moderately difficult trail requires basic hiking experience and good fitness, but rewards you with incredible views and exposure to Wales' rich history.
