Description
Petřín Gardens is the largest green area in the center of Prague, offering unforgettable views of the city.
It's a place full of charm with the Rose Garden, where more than 2,100 fruit trees thrive, and the sculpture 'Sense and Sensibility'.
The hilltop is home to an Eiffel Tower-inspired 58-meter observation tower, a maze of mirrors that induces salvos of laughter, and the Štefánik Observatory, where you can view the stars through telescopes.
It is the perfect place for a romantic stroll or a family vacation amidst the greenery.

Maribel MILLOR2 weeks agoA peaceful walk behind the Mala Strana. The American Embassy on a hill, uphill but manageable. Has fruit trees and a really nice view of the city. Good for dog walkers, families, runners etc. A good way away from all the tourists. Near to the abbey and streets.

The gardens are quiet, romantic and very beautiful.
If you start down the hill, and follow the path, you'll go across the cherry trees and have beautiful views of Prague. You can then reach the hunger wall and the beautiful gardens up the hill.
If you are tired or lazy you can just grab the funicular uphill and walk down the hill and then grab a Gelato at Angelato, not far from there.

This 60m Eiffel Tower-inspired gem, built in 1891, offers stunning panoramic views of Prague’s spires and the Vltava River. The 299-step climb is worth it for the serene vistas, especially at dusk.
