Pamber Forest

Pamber Forest is an ancient forest that delights with a variety of flora and fauna. Oaks more than 300 years old create a picturesque landscape, and in spring the forest floor is covered with a carpet of bluebells.

It's a nature lover's paradise - you can observe three species of woodpeckers, various species of bats and rare butterflies like the Purple Emperor. Well-marked trails lead through the most beautiful corners of the forest, although it's worth remembering to wear proper footwear, as some paths can be muddy.

The forest is surrounded by heathland with sundews and orchids, adding to the area's unique charm.
