Description
Burnham Beeches is a unique nature reserve in England, encompassing more than 374 hectares of diverse landscapes, including woodlands, heaths and meadows.
This place is stunning not only for its natural beauty, but also for its historical heritage - the historic Bronze and Iron Age Seven Ways Plain fortification is located here.
The reserve is famous for more than sixty rare or endangered species of plants and animals and majestic old trees, including Druids Oak, more than 700 years old. An ideal place for relaxing walks, picnics and photographing the unique landscapes.
