Alpinet Park

Alpinet Park is a charming corner in Timișoara that impresses with its unique terraced design. Originally known as the Arboretum, it was designed in the 1930s by architect Mihai Demetrovici.

The park is famous for its extensive collection of 68 species of alpine and subalpine plants and the modern sculptures that have adorned its space since the mid-1980s. Walking through the alleys, one can admire works of art such as 'Metopa', 'Valul' and 'Lacustra'.
