Portal de la Costa Brava is the symbolic entrance to Spain's famous coastal region. The site is distinguished by the distinctive Sa Palomera rock, which marks the beginning of the Costa Brava and offers breathtaking views of Blanes and the surrounding area.

From the vantage point you can enjoy the turquoise waters and picturesque beaches such as Blanes and s'Abanell. Also nearby is the famous Marimurtra Botanical Garden with more than 4,000 species of plants, considered the best Mediterranean garden in Europe.

The region is also famous for the annual Costa Brava International Fireworks Competition, one of the most famous in Europe.
